Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many residents live at the home?

Kenmore Assisted Senior Home is licensed for up to six residents, allowing us to provide individualized, one-on-one care in a comfortable, home-like setting rather than an institutional environment.

2. What is your staffing and supervision model?

We provide 24/7 care with fully awake staff at all times. Day shifts are supported by two licensed caregivers, and a dedicated overnight caregiver is always on duty. With a 3:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, our staff has the time to truly know and support each resident.

3. What types of care do you provide?

We assist with all activities of daily living, medication management, chronic and medical conditions, dementia care, and end-of-life support. Care plans are personalized and adjusted as needs change.

4. What kind of meals do residents receive?

All meals are home-cooked using fresh ingredients, prepared daily. Snacks are available anytime, and we gladly accommodate dietary preferences, cultural foods, and special requests whenever possible.

5. What makes Kenmore Assisted Senior Home unique?

We are an RN-owned and operated home with a strong focus on personalized care, cultural diversity, and meaningful daily engagement. Our caregivers speak English, Korean, and Tagalog, and our meals reflect a variety of ethnic cuisines.

6. What is included in the monthly rate?

We offer an all-inclusive flat monthly rate that does not increase as care needs change. This includes care services, meals, activities, supplies, laundry, linens, medication management, Wi-Fi, and TV.

7. What are your visiting hours?

Families and friends are welcome to visit. For the comfort of our residents, we recommend visits between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM and avoiding mealtimes when possible.

8. Do you provide hospice or end-of-life care?

Yes. Residents may remain in the home while receiving hospice services. We work closely with hospice providers to ensure comfort, dignity, and compassionate support at end of life.
